Airport Transportation
Ground transportation for you or your group, whether arriving on commercial airlines or private charter, Villas Luxe DR office will coordinate your airport pick up & transfer with our experienced Private Transportation Service. You will be greeted at any Airport in the Dominican Republic by a chauffeur with a sign with your name and taken directly to your destination for registration and to your reserved Villa without wasting any time. We ensure a seamless arrival by coordinating, in advance, your entire party’s flight details with our office.
Private Charters
We can arrange for private charters for you and your group. Let us know in advance and we will make appropriate arrangements for:
- Sport cruising yachts
- Sailing yachts
- Sport fishing
- Helicopters
- Private jets
Personal Security Services
We realize that some of our clients have additional safety needs that require a higher level of security during their flight. Our air charter coordinators can ensure your personal safety by including armored cars, bodyguards and security personnel in your travel plans. If you need a little extra privacy, our agents can make sure that your luxury vehicle is waiting for you on the tarmac when you land at your destination.
Vehicle Rental
If you decide to rent a vehicle during your stay we will recommend one of our preferred suppliers and make the booking for you. Our established contacts know our homes and many will deliver your car straight to the villa, so you can settle in without the hassle.
Golf Cart Rental
Most guests love to have their own private golf cart to be able to tour and fully enjoy and explore in those Villas locations that apply. We offer 4 seat and 6 seat golf carts.
Meet and Greet
All guests are shown the villa ins and outs, given important contact numbers and local information by one of our representatives in English, Spanish, Italian, or French.
Additional Staff
When you rent a Villa, housekeeping staff is included, but where there is no cook already, we are happy to hire for you one of our tried and tested contacts. We’ll send them to the villa for just one special meal or daily meal preparation Additional staff is available upon request and include the options of:
- Private Chefs
- Waiters
- Nannies and babysitters
- Drivers
Pre-Stocked Groceries
If you would like to have your Villa pre-stocked with any food and (or) beverages, just let us know and we will make arrangements for you at the cost of groceries and delivery charges.
Villa Meal Plans
The purchase of one of our meal plans is a required addition to the rental. Our meal plans are designed to provide you with all of your food/non-alcoholic beverages throughout your stay with us. The available menus are as varied as the palette of the island allows; fresh lobster, fresh local seafood, imported Angus beef, pork, poultry and more. Our villa chefs are an incredible talent who prepares your complete breakfast, lunches, and exquisite dinners. All meals are served restaurant, family or buffet style (depending upon the size of the group and your wishes).
Dinner Reservations
We can assist you with any of your dinner reservations and provide suggestions of restaurants to visit.
Private Wine Tasting
Some Villas offers a complimentary, private wine tasting, depending on staff availability.
Special Events and Weddings
For any type of private events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions or wedding, we can assist you within any of the spectacular venues in the Dominican Republic or, in the comfort of your private Villa. Our Guest Service Specialists are experts in helping you coordinate one-of-a-kind events and more. Just let us know what you have in mind.
